My wife and I have been renting from RPM for 18 months, and soon to downsize elsewhere in a few weeks. From our experience, everyone at RPM has been absolutely terrific. They have been responsive when needed and the tenant portal is easy to use. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend using RPM for your rental needs.
I was so traumatized after renting from RPM. I’m so mad, I woke up thinking about it at 1am. So here I am a year later sharing my grief. Lol The staff were not very helpful. Once you pay the deposit and sign the lease, no one returns your calls and they’re rude once you do get a hold of them. It doesn’t matter how clean you leave the rental property, they’ll take a huge chunk out of your deposit. Don't waiste your time and money. Extremely poor management. I have rented threw Resort here in CDA a few times now. Their maintenance sucks, takes them weeks to fix extremely important issues such as gas leaks. Will turn off your power and water and "wish you well, and good luck" They will lie to your face about trying to contact you about issues, then blame you for not contacting them. Texted company with complaint regarding lack of upkeep on one of their properties and dangerous trees next door to me. No reply back
This is the worst property management company i have ever dealt with. They are rude, they dont give proper notice, and are not timely with coordinating repairs. Took over 6 month to get a functioning garage door with no credit. Asked for a garbage disposal to be looked at and they said reset it and they will leave a key for me to do it….Their office is never open. They push the home owners to steadily increase rent.
