Unable to accommodate a change of weekend a month in advance because it counted as a "cancellation". What a ridiculous policy. I have been renting through your company since last summer. If there are any other booking companies in the area, I will be sure to use them instead of yours due to your lack of customer support.
Recently stayed in Mountain Meadows 202. We had the best mother-daughter vacation ever! The condo was so nice and clean. The beds were awesome, and the whole place was so inviting and comfortable. The property management team was outstanding! We will definitely be back again soon.

It is our second stay using Resort Properties and it was a lovely experience again. We loved our pet friendly Chalet 52! It had everything we needed! We will continue to use them and recommend others as well.
