Specialties Vacation Rental property History Established in 2016. This home was built in 1923 and was originally owned by a Bemus family descendent. Later this home was purchased by the Proctor family and was very well known for their one bedroom cabins, which were located on the adjoining property. Bemus Point was once known as a fishing village. We loved the location and charm of this old home and decided to make it our winter project. Beautiful and spacious inside. A perfectly updated home with an historic feel. All of the modern amenities, spacious rooms, updated interior. Owners are amazing and helpful. Comfortable beds, completely stocked kitchen, games, and never really needed to turn the TV on. Best stay at Bemus Point!
Clean and spacious, everything was right there for a couple of winter days away.
