We've been staying with Resort Home Destinations since 2008 and always a wonderful experience. We usually stay twice a year for 4-7 days at a time. The homes are beautiful and well maintained. This is not your average AirBNB experience where you have no idea what you are getting - here you can expect Frette sheets, down pillows, housekeeping service, bathroom amenities, and a home coordinator to walk you through the property when you arrive. I would not deal with this company. They are overpriced, rude, and unreliable. Would not recommend.The best thing going for them is the professional photography of the lovely properties. Karen is unpleasant to entrust your family vacation to.

Stay Away From Resort Home Services, also known as Resort Home Destinations. Mark Parnell hired our company for service work at PGA West (81285 Legends). We did the job, got a signature, it was approved through Mark, and since January of 2011, have not been paid. Update 9/15/11: Karen Parnell is sending us a check - says that they never received any phone calls or e-mails/correspondence. She is making good on our claim. Only deal with her.
