I have had nothing but 100% positive experiences with this company. They have great attention to detail, and respond quickly to emails when needed. A timeshare transfer takes time, and they are always receptive to any questions or concerns. I have done multiple transfers and all of them have gone smoothly.

I went under contract for a 1 bedroom at Westin Lagunamar two days after I contracted with another closing company for a Westin Lagunamar studio. A month after signing the contract with Resort Closings, they didn't realize they needed the seller's signature for the resale. More than 2 weeks after hand delivering the notarized documents to Resort Closings, they still haven't been mailed to Fidelity to complete the transaction.
