People talk names about other coworkers and the manager tolerates them. That was a big shock for me. No respect between shifts. A lot of discrimination.
A good company to work with. They had some decent trainers that will help you every step of the way and they will only put you on position you are train in so you'll never be confuse on what you do. They do expect to see improvement over time but do help you achieve those improvement as well. The co-workers are friendly, it's a fun and friendly atmosphere, it's a family owned company so you'll know who is who right off the bat.
