A most thorough exam by a brilliant, engaging, young clinician, last audiology exam elsewhere was two years ago. Result normal. I booked my own appointment because my husbands' problems had been rectified. my exam brought surprising results. 88% in one ear, 55% in the other. An ENT referral is required.

Katie Norie is to be highly commended for her outstanding service. On Saturday when all the audiology services were closed, I discovered that my hearing aid charger was no longer working!!!!!. I was frantic, since I was hostessing on Sunday. I emailed Katie and left a message telling her what had happened and asking if she could please make the repair a priority on Monday. Had a wonderful time with my appointment until I was charged $125. My other two appointments with other establishments for the same tests were free. If they charge for their services they should let their clients know what that fee is at the time of booking.
