A most thorough exam by a brilliant, engaging, young clinician, last audiology exam elsewhere was two years ago. Result normal. I booked my own appointment because my husbands' problems had been rectified. my exam brought surprising results. 88% in one ear, 55% in the other. An ENT referral is required.

Katie Norie is to be highly commended for her outstanding service. On Saturday when all the audiology services were closed, I discovered that my hearing aid charger was no longer working!!!!!. I was frantic, since I was hostessing on Sunday. I emailed Katie and left a message telling her what had happened and asking if she could please make the repair a priority on Monday.
