Had a wonderful time with my appointment until I was charged $125. My other two appointments with other establishments for the same tests were free. If they charge for their services they should let their clients know what that fee is at the time of booking.
What can I say except Katie and her team are exceptional!! I had severe loss of hearing in one ear due to Covid in Aug 2023 and finally decided to go see Katie in July and she has been amazing. She fitted me with several different types of hearing aids over the next few months and between us we came up with the best solution for me. I travelled from Nanaimo to change audiologists to Katie's clinic (my Nanaimo hearing specialist, who Katie knew, had recently retired).
