Horrible payment issues, promised cost was not near what actual cost came out to being and not willing to work it out with my insurance. Update to original post, what a difference time can make. This company actually was willing to take on my insurance company's threats and filed a civil suit on my behalf and my full benefit was finally received. Thank you Jodi.
