I reached out to Resolvere Law because a complaint through the US Bankruptcy Court was filled against us. Another company's Bankruptcy Filings had claimed our company had received funds with in the 90 days of their filing Bankruptcy and we had to return those funds. Mark has been very cordial and patient answering all the questions and explaining the legal procedures. He is very good listener. You know it is not an easy undertaking to initiate legal matters but I feel I have the right person in Mark to make it go smoothly, whatever the outcome may be. I feel at peace to know that Mark will take care of things as we proceed with my case.
