Elaina was so incredibly helpful and she went above and beyond what I ever could have expected to make sure I was taken care of. Due to some extra details about my previous health care, I needed what I consider more help with this than the average person might, and Elaina was patient, and never once did she make me feel bad for being confused or overwhelmed while we figured it out. You can tell she likes her job and she’s really good at it!
My experience with the team here has been A+ I quickly received the home sleep test Got my diagnosis and options for treatment Which was a bit confusing at first with how it all works but Elaine was super patient explaining it all to me Had i done all of this thru my family doctor I would have been waiting another year for diagnosis and treatment as the referrals are so slow This was well worth the money to get treatment quickly And I can text the RN for help anytime I highly recommend
Elaina was extremely helpful and supportive during the whole process.
I received great support from Elaina snd Justine. They helped me thru the process from the home sleep study to the CPAP machine set-up. In addition, Elaina follows-up to see how things are going at the beginning. I highly recommend Resolve Sleep Enhance Services if you have sleep issues, they are great!
