I liked that they were fast and friendly. I feel like they offered a fair price. Since the work was done by someone other than the person who gave us the estimate, I would have liked a follow up so he could ensure that they did what they were supposed to do. I have no idea if they did or not.
I was very pleased with my recent roof repair. Shayne came out and inspected the roof and let me know what the process would be to repair it and how soon they could do the job. Then when ready to do the job I was contacted by Resolve to get the job done. The repair went smoothly and I was impressed with the fact that before and after pictures were taken of the roof and texted to me. It looks to me like they did a good job of getting the roof on. Certainly cleaned up after themselves and were always quick to get back to me with answers any questions and letting me know when things were happening
They helped fix some damage on my roof caused by a tree falling down in my backyard. They were fast and got the process going the same day I called them.
