Throughout my experience here i was lied to and mislead entirely. When I first came here i made a phone call to ask if this place was bulk billed when asking about seeing dentist was told yes. When I went in the next day they booked in for me a GP when i said dentist. They re booked me the next day and i came in. They then told me i would be charged $65, annoyed I still agreed to do it. Left with a very sour taste in my mouth: after 30 mins of waiting, I was instructed that Dr. Anwer Saeed didn’t want to see me as in the past this same doctor didn’t want to prescribe me a medicine that I needed for my anxiety. Guess this is the last time I’ll try to use this clinic, even though this time I only needed a referral for an ultrasound for my foot.
Spoke to one of the consultants Catherine today at resolve medical services Werribee. She is very awesome person. Very helpful and she made sure I got all the information I required and pass on the message to the concerned doctor so I could receive the details by email. Wishing her very best
