I was thinking the office phone staff was sending a link for a video phone call appt yesterday or today. I called and left a message that I couldn’t find the link. A gal in the office called within about 5 min. and told me it was sent on Friday (3 days ago but I didn’t see it). She stayed on the line till I found it. The office staff is always helpful and kind.
