Before booking -do your homework! As a mom you want to find a good professional to help your child. There’s a reason they don’t take insurance or have contracts. I’d love to go into details about how bad of experience we had with the northland location but due to privacy I can’t. Unsafe, emotionally and ethically.
The company loves to Book Appts, and reBook to keep the money rolling in. Meanwhile, boundaries are crossed and are disrespectful during the Appointment. So disappointing to be treated like a commodity!
The CARE4U training that is offered every year is my favorite! I love that the day is filled with hands-on activities so we can experience the therapeutic activities that we can later use with our clients.
