This a gym like no other. Yes they have weights and equipment, but Sam and Linda really make you feel welcome. The slogan is personal training in a group setting and that's a very accurate description. Highly recommend you giving them a try.
Always rocking! Sam and Linda provide a supportive environment, free of judgment, and full of encouragement in every session. The community they have built is amazing. I look forward to every workout. State of the art equipment, positive environment, ample parking spaces, and convenient class timings, all these make R4L so so worth it!
