Finally working out and seeing results! It’s been the coaches and others that have encouraged me to meet my own expectations! The body scan machine is also a bonus that this gym has! I like seeing the result of building muscle and loosing fat!💪
R4L is a little gem of a treasure tucked away near a busy street. Sam and Linda are worth their weight in gold, and push you to make progress while keeping you in high spirits. They build community and help create connections between members, while keeping the workouts just fast enough to finish before your brain knows what’s happening. I’ve been going to R4L for almost 5 years and hands down it’s changed me and in a good way. The gym is smaller and intimate which helps make you comfortable - old - young - skinny - curvy - etc. you are accepted . Sam and Linda truly care about you and take interest not only in you but your family . They make sure your in a good place and if your not they want to help you. Not only with your workouts but the mental part too. Goals?! They want you to reach them !
