This is a horrible title company. My experience is part of a residential construction loan. We would turn in paid receipts with lien waivers. They would repeatedly lose lien waivers. They would not mail checks out in a timely manner. The last check mailed out bounced. It is difficult to get a hold of anyone. Everything is done through emails. Very unprofessional.
