By far the best outpatient facility in the Iowa City area. A great environment for all situations, ages, and issues. Nelson and his staff genuinely care about their clients. They always go the extra mile for them and creates a very trusting relationship with clients. The staff at Resolutions is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and professional, while maintaining a very comfortable atmosphere. Nelson was reasonable and worked with people financially. The groups are small, people become comfortable speaking to each other. I would highly recommend Resolutions, and would like to thank the entire staff for always being there for me.
I went into this facility to get a evaluation done as required by the DOT to get my license back from a owi back in 2014, I haven't had a drink in over 4 months and the recommendation from here was a 8-12 week extended outpatient treatment, going up twice a week, @ $200 a session, do the math $1600-2400 scam, what's there response, just put it on your insurance.... if your thinking about using this facility I would suggest looking elsewhere
