RHA is a very helpful organization. Their mission is not only to help the people who they see in their office, but also to help with various community projects and events as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone 10/10 times.
Most amazing office staff! Extremely professional and knowledgeable.
My son had been going here for over a year and they scheduled me on a day that was for makeup days only and when I was there for my son's appointment the woman said we are not open she was very rude said we missed our appointment that they sent a letter which I never got never got a phone call and appointment card had for that day and time. I love the doctor my son saw but he will never go back there again. I have been in management for over 13 years and that was the rudest by far front office personnel I had ever seen. Our family felt our concerns for our young family member were heard and appropriate guidance was given. Medications were changed, eliminated, increased or decreased as behaviors improved or changed. The office staff was always professional, friendly, empathetic and worked diligently to make convenient routine appointments and prompt appointments in times of crisis.
