Resolution Luton made false account of me to DVLA with subsequent withdrawal of my driving licence £££££######¢£##££ by DVLA. Nurse seemed to view it her duty to condemn me without medical proof in clinical negligence to DVLA. This is bearing false incriminating evidence when there is was none why did she see fit to besmirch me out of the hell of it. I'm giving 2 stars, and il tell you why. I am now 2 years 1 month clean from heroin and crack. Whilst struggling to get clean I would have periods of abstinence. Resolutions would fail to have my prescription ready on time on so many occasions that I'd end up relapsing every time. I'd spend hours chasing the script, they would leave me waiting outside the building where dealers and other service users would be outside and that is a hard situation to be facing and resist in early recovery.
