Update June 2025: I've been under the care of Resolutions for a decade now. Without the tireless efforts and support of the amazing staff (reception, nurses, keyworkers, Dr Alex and a big shout out to prescribing Nurse Alan who saved my life), I would no longer be on this plane of existence. I'd like to complain about Dawn Curry. She made assumptions to my personal and private life where I'm the primary carer for my Dad who has limited mental/cognitive capacity due to causes that I am still trying to get diagnosed. Dawn had stated (and I quote): "I find it very hard to believe you're the primary carer and no one else can intervene/help." Dawn doesn't know my life or my Dad's onset condition. All I said was I can't physically attend appointments due to my father's round the clock care. Regards, Michael Rae
I can honestly say that resolutions as really help with my recovery my 2 key workers was so helpful it's unbelievable so friendly and easy to talk to thanks for everything u have done for me
Never make new years resolutions it never work If i don't want my private information shared and discussed I have a right to say no.... so why do resolution feel my no means yes...like being rated... so now I'm dealing with breach of confidentiality ..... Which had opened up damaging information
