I wasn't told about the enclosed MRI (I would have gone to a different facility). They kept me sitting in a gown in a cold waiting room for 1.5 hours while checking my insurance and saying "it will just be a few minutes." It was clear they were more concerned about getting the money for the procedure than ensuring patient comfort with the procedure. I will not return.
