Really good workout
Took my first class with Emily and she was awesome! She checked in on me the whole time and helped with modifications when I needed them. Everyone was super friendly and the workout was tough but fun. Can’t wait to go back!
Resolution CrossFit is my go to for quality training in a safe and supportive environment. From the owners, to the coaches, each one is knowledgeable and approachable; offering alternative exercises if you have an injury and scaled workouts if you’re still building strength and skills.
