Resolution CrossFit is my go to for quality training in a safe and supportive environment. From the owners, to the coaches, each one is knowledgeable and approachable; offering alternative exercises if you have an injury and scaled workouts if you’re still building strength and skills. I love this place! I’m a mom of two kids and modify most the workouts. The staff help make the workouts challenging and safe for all levels.
Resolution CrossFit’s family-friendly environment is truly unmatched. I’ve been a member for about 9 years, always bringing my daughter along with me. One day, a coach took the time to write a scaled workout just for her—and she loved it. Now she’s a teenager and actually looks forward to going to the gym, mostly because of the amazing support from both the coaches and members. It really is a community here.
I dropped in at Resolution CrossFit and was genuinely impressed. Out of all the boxes I’ve visited over the years, this one really stood out. The facility is clean, spacious, and fully equipped, but what made it special was the energy and the people. There’s a strong sense of community here, with athletes pushing themselves and supporting one another. The coaches were welcoming and paid attention to everyone in the class. It honestly made me wish I lived in Yorba Linda so I could be a part of this every day.
My wife and I have been with Resolution for just a little bit over a year. Even in a class setting ,the coaches always pay attention to each person's correct form and technique . Gym members are always very nice and friendly. You feel like in a community or family of sort. The gym is very open, airy and clean. Well-stocked WO equipments. Neighborhood is very safe when you have to run outside.
