Extremely disappointing experience. The staff here are unprofessional and seem to have very little understanding of what they are doing. They have no problem making patients wait for hours, but if you arrive even 10 minutes late, suddenly they refuse to see you. Apparently, respecting people’s time only works one way. The customer service is horrible. Communication is poor, the staff is dismissive, and getting clear or accurate information from anyone is unnecessarily difficult. Not very helpful or friendly to everyone. Very particular on who is helped and how soon. I don’t recommend this location for everyone.
I had an MRI done, and three weeks later I’m still waiting for the results. I keep calling, and every time they tell me it will be ready “one day.” At this rate, I just hope I get the results before I leave this world. Don’t go there if you value your time. This was a terrible experience.
