I had an MRI done, and three weeks later I’m still waiting for the results. I keep calling, and every time they tell me it will be ready “one day.” At this rate, I just hope I get the results before I leave this world. Don’t go there if you value your time. This was a terrible experience.
I had a great experience at this medical center and did most of the tests there like mammogram, bone density, CT scan. The employees were friendly and kind. Thank you for great service. Only for the breast MRI I would recommend going to the Mink Advanced Imaging in Beverly Hills, because the machine is more comfortable there. You lay face down, there is a half moon shaped pillow for your forehead and enough empty room to breathe through your nose or mouth. Just absolutely the worst - from indifferent managers to front desk. To technicians and dosctors. They worst lazy location of all. Useless. Just their to get the money and 0 interat in helping people.
Came for diagnosis mammogram on Friday, two weeks ago, still NO results.
