Very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was unacceptable. The receptionist ignored me for several minutes before acknowledging me. When I asked for the email address to send the MRI order to, she did not respond and left me standing there waiting until I had to repeat my question. Horrible staff in the front and MRI tech. Extremely Rude
I had a very frustrating experience with Resolution Advanced Imaging Center. I called in the morning to schedule an MRI and spoke with a scheduler named Emily. I carefully spelled my name multiple times and provided my correct insurance. I was first told my appointment was for today in Encino, then called back and told it was actually for tomorrow. I asked to be seen today, and she scheduled me for 1:20 PM in Santa Monica, asking if I could arrive early to fill in forms at 1:00 PM, which I did. When I arrived, I was told my ... read more
⸻ Worst place ever. I went to their Beverly Hills location for a breast ultrasound, and I was told to return for a mammogram after I give birth, since I am pregnant. Despite this, they repeatedly called me to schedule a mammogram, which made no sense given what their own doctor had said. My doctor eventually called them, and they claimed that even though I was pregnant, I should still have the mammogram. It was then scheduled at their Santa Monica location.
