I have never belonged to a gym where I love every coach and workout until I joined FVC. The coaches are wonderful about modifying exercises for injuries, pain, and other limitations in a way that never makes me (or my injuries) feel like a burden. Despite having to modify for a current injury, every workout is a challenge.
I was a bit hesitant to switch gyms after moving from Massachusetts but I’m really glad I found this place. The community is super welcoming and you feel right at home from the start. Nick and Heather are wonderful owners who seem to really care about their members. Prices are definitely in line with being in Farmington Valley, CT area, but the quality of coaching, facility, and community make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
The perfect solution for anyone with a tight schedule - you get an amazing workout under an hour, make friends and are part of an inspiring community. FVC specifically has motivating coaches who care about teaching form and the why behind each of the movements. Everyone is very supportive and it makes you want to come back everyday
