**** From day one, I felt welcomed. The coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable. This gym truly is for **everyone**—whether you're a total beginner, a seasoned athlete, or just here to make peace with all the tacos you ate last weekend. Every workout is adaptable, every fist bump is genuine, and every drop of sweat feels worth it!
I can’t say enough good words about this place. It has become the best part of the day for my wife and I. To say that doing CrossFit at FVC has changed both of our lives is an understatement! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and motivating as well. Great Fitness!
