I attended a mediation with Judge Spinola and while the case didn't settle, the Judge was very patient and gave us the time we needed to speak with the client, adversary, etc. While they take Covid precautions seriously and can safely host in-person negotiations, they are also set up to have people participate remotely if they want to or need to. The whole thing was professional and smooth.

Place is good, welcomed warm environment, the Judge well... Let's talk some more to see if we can resolve this..... And so Judge was good. No names... He thought he was dealing with something else, some hugged at the end.
