Resolute has been our representative for several years - they ensure a fair appraised value of our property in Harris county. They have been successful in reducing our taxes and are professional - recommended.
Used them for many years on multiple properties since 2018 and for last few years they are giving terrible results - barely any reductions. In 2023 we get a notice that they were able to reduce our property taxes by approx. $42 (wow) and we owed them $21. Grossly disappointed. I sent them payment to their usual address that my bank is set up to each year. Guess what their address had changed and my payment did not reach them. O'connor usually protest for our homes and this year we tried this company . I feel they did not do anything ... I might end up pay $4000 the property tax increase more ... so be careful with the companies that you are hiring ... waste time and lost money

Please be aware that this company will represent ANY property regardless if they are hired by the current or NON current homeowner. I bought my house in May and they were hired from the previous homeowner. Once they noticed that the home was sold they cancelled their contract with the previous homeowner on 6/23 and they still CHOSE to still represent the property on 7/3/2023 so, they settled on MY account WITHOUT letting the NEW HOMEOWNER know.
