Resolute was able to somehow get Tarrant Appraisal District to back off their proposed 2025 market valuation to even below the previous year's value. I'm in the property tax biz myself, so I can attest this was an impressive accomplishment. The reduction in market (and taxable) value from what TAD originally proposed saved me more than 30% off the estimated taxes, so hiring Resolute was definitely worth the expense.
