If zero stars was an option thats what I would give them! 6 months to sort out a claim in the end had to raise a complaint directly with the insurance company and it was sorted in 2 weeks without providing anything further. Utterly disgracefully service on everyone we dealt with.
More than happy to take your money but do nothing in the event that you require the services that you are paying for. You are better off dealing directly with the insurers.
Useless company. Spoke to some guy called Simon and he went on a 10 minute rant without letting me speak. Made my issue unnecessarily complex to ensure I wouldn't try to make a claim. Why even operate if you're just going to waste people's time and refuse service? Disgrace.
