We love Resolute! My son is super fast but his baseball Coach recommended Resolute to add strength for hitting. Ben and Emily are fantastic and my son looks forward to every workout. Think about that, a 12 yr old actually looking forward to working his tail off for an hour. Such a positive but hard working environment!
Ben and Emily have done a tremendous job of working with all ages of athletes and I have seen first hand the impact they have made on several young adults across Northwest Arkansas.
This has been an excellent experience for me as an adult. Ben is an excellent trainer and cares about a sustainable model that is based on getting not only short but also long term gains. I highly recommend this gym for adults or for youth athletes!
This place really helped me grow, not only an athlete, but as a person as well. This is definitely the place to go if you are wanting to train in the NWA.
Ben and Emily are fantastic with their athletes and are very knowledgeable in sports performance. The Christ centered approach is what these kids need to hear as they progress in their athletic careers. Resolute has impacted my kids in ways I would have never imagined!
