I called a little after 1 p.m. to ask if my appointment was in person or via phone. I was in the queue for about 15 minutes, before someone answered. Are you really that busy? I sent a fax to the front office while waiting, because I knew the fax goes to the front office at the Donald Ross location where my appointments are always scheduled. There was no response from the front office.
