Horrible experience roof leaked due to incorrect installation, which they refused to fix, many promises broken and roof pitch changed without signing formal agreement , full contract never supplied, making complaint to QBCC VERY HARD! Many changes made to save them money and still I had to pay for floorboards, tiles , paint, second lot of floorboards when first were installed badly and lifted. I am still trying to get the roof fixed 4 years after moving in , they refuse to cooperate my own insurers having to step in to prove... read more
