I had resolute construction replace my deck last fall. They did a nice job overall. This spring, I noticed a couple items that needed fixed. I contacted Resolute Construction, they came out to take a look and said they would be back to fix. They have not came back and have completely ghosted me. Very unprofessional!
Contractor asked to reschedule a home renovation estimate same day we were supposed to meet. I said fine and agreed to meet next day. Then a no call no show. Not a big fan of people who waste other peoples time.
