I live at the north side of Sunrise on 35th Apartments that Collin is the person from your office that has been providing updates to the council member Pastor as to the complaint of no hot water. Councilor Pastor office has been provided updates that have come and gone for the past 4 months. Now they are stating the only 65% of the repairs are complete. BUYERS BEWARE: my husband ordered his lift 1 1/2 yrs ago. He has YET to receive the rest of his parts. First, he was told it was on back order. Then, the company said they were sold and they are taking care of back orders. Last thing told today is that Resolute in Arizona is responsible for refunds (per court order) from the previous company. In August, it will be 2 yrs of trying to get parts or money back for undelivered parts. Looks like it’s time to find an attorney.
absolute scammers. these guys somehow bought tuff country and refuse to send out tracking numbers along with truck parts. what a waste of money and time. deuce.
