All what you need if you want do good training. Equipment is constantly improved. Members of staff and people who's training there are really kind. Good for beginners or pros.

It is what it is ....its a gym with premium prices and premium brand/image but at the end of the day it still has all the niggles that smaller gyms have...that to be fair I wouldn't expect to have with the prices you pay. The gym is most noticeably freezing hoodies on one thing but people on treadmills in puffa jackets and guillets get the blowers on and pay for some diffusers on the end of the vents to direct the blow away from machines directly below..straighten all bent pins replace substitute bolts on machines so ur not ... read more
