Somewhat disappointing customer service. Bought several items late last year and only recently realised that they missed putting in an item that I had purchased (air filter replacements) recently as it's not a part thay requires frequent changing. Calling them is an absolute nightmare as it just goes to corporate instead of the actual store itself despite the fact that it's listed as the stores contact number. Massive thank you to Derrick at ResMed Surry Hills for going above and beyond to help me out. My dad is currently at St Vincent’s Hospital and his AirFit N20 mask tube had torn, so I was in a real scramble to find a replacement for the night. On 16May26, I visited ResMed Surry Hills & Derrick stepped in and kindly provided a replacement elbow tube on the spot, which was an absolute lifesaver. Truly exceptional customer service and genuine care. Really appreciate the help. Big shout out to Derrick 👏

I went into the store asking about options for travel and the useless staff member at reception told me to do my own research because he didn’t know nor did he offer any options. I probed asking about batteries or travel machines and he said to go to another store. Like everyone else I need the machines to sleep it was apparent how little he knew about the place he worked at.
