Ms Alanah and her colleagues have been patient, professional and most importantly empathetic to us throughout our experiences with Resmed Surry Hills. We are buying for parents living overseas, which is obviously more difficult than buying Resmed machine for ourselves. But with the staff’s expectation-exceeding help, we achieved the “Gold” without much effort. Strongly recommend!

I was visiting from America and was having issues with my Travel CPAP and mask fit/leakage. The team there treated me just like I was one of their own valued clients with troubleshooting and even loaning me accessories to try in order to see how to remedy the issue. They were amazing and I’d highly recommend them. When you treat people who have not bought from you that well, just imagine the care they will give when you have! Thanks to Helen and the woman I met on my first visit too! Well done!!!

Was promised the greatest sleep of my life. Instead I tried this for 6 months and it was totally frustrating. Unfortunately they only take returns after 30 days so now I'm stuck with a $1,500 machine that doesnt work for me. Don't provide people with shit sleep false hope. We;re already tired and grumpy. Honestly buy a $150 mouth guard instead. If that doesn't work then maybe try this. Customer service sucks, the machine might work for some, but do a trial, don't be sold the dream by sales people that can't be trusted.

Resmed CPAP machine helped me a lot! I've had issues with snoring and mild sleep apnea. I got the airsense 11 last year August and I feel more energetic, no longer wake up with headaches and fatigue. I've even started recommending CPAP therapy to my family and friends, hoping it can help them too. The staff at this store are amazing, especially Liam. If you're a visitor from the US, this store is amazing! We stumbled upon here on our way to a brunch spot. I needed some help with a mask and wanted to see if there were better options for me since I recently switched to a new mask type. I ended up walking out with 2 travel cpap machines because the prices were so good. They price match online retailers and definitely beat what i would have paid for in the US.
