Extremely long wait despite appointment — poor customer experience at ResMed. Booked a 1:30 pm appointment and wasn’t seen until after 2:30 pm — over an hour of waiting with no communication or apology. Another customer left before me for the same reason. What’s the point of making an appointment if a walk-in gets to spend an hour with the only staff member in the shop?
