Previous experiences here had been fine but today was shocking. I had come in to upgrade my 3G machine to a 4G unit. On the phone, I was given the option of keeping the same model or upgrading to a new one and given a price for that. I opted for the same model at that point. When I came in, I was given the option again but at a higher price… ok… additionally, it was such a hard sell that it was uncomfortable. I continued to decline and finally she got the hint. Charging clients excessively. Joined their subscription but don't send enough materials so we have to go and pay for it again. Try buying outright without going through these guys.
They are all lovely staff.
So disappointed. Just calling and being placed on hold for infinity time is so disappointing . I've taken all my sales elsewhere. So disappointing. Trying to call north Adelaide centre and get sent through to some Universal call centre on hold for 45mins. What a joke.
