Firstly: Wow! I put off the sleep study and CPAP for so long and I was an idiot. From the first night I feel like I have a new lease on life. Far from being some Darth Vader in bed, the machine and mask is pretty quiet and the effect is incredible. I feel alive again! Appalling customer service and ongoing issues with Resmed devices and accessories.
My expereince with Resmed - North Adelaide has been terrible. I signed up, paid for and received equipment not needed. I had difficultly actually speaking to anyone so would then attend in person to get a service when it was needed. I asked for an invoice for what was paid and this was not received. Yesterday I needed to call the universal number 6 times and wait over an hour to speak to someone. Now I have gone to another service and I am able to buy what I need when I need it.
