Clear instructions for the test were given in person, online via video and on cards in the test kit box, makingvit easy to follow, with a bit of patience. Staff were very helpful.
A huge thank you to Samuel & Dee at Charlestown for their fantastic help with new equipment & subscription service for hubby's machine. I went in stressed about the cost of what he needed and was done in 5 mins with everything, at a tiny fraction to better suit my budget.
They are awesome the lady on the 8 am 1/3/2025 shift was so helpful and nice made the experience a lot nicer thankyou
