Worst company we have ever dealt with. No communication, in store seemed very disinterested, call centre never returned calls when they said they would, staff had no idea.
What a great experience today at the Mount Barker premises. Gemma is a bright bubbly and very well informed representative of the resmed products. She walked us through every facet of the machine and how to use and keep the products clean. To know that the continuous support is still there after purchase is a great comfort. My sleep apnea diagnosis and AirSense10 CPAP machine has changed my life. And the amazing ongoing free service and support by the Mt Barker team make owning my unit a dream (pun intended).
After being a client of Res Med for 18yrs and purchasing 4x sleep machines off them and numerous masks I was very disappointed to experience the poor customer service and the fact that they would not return a sealed unused mask in exchange for a different style, the mask I was wishing to return is a current product and currently being sold. The Mt barker store refused an exchange but then advised that I could purchase the other style from them, Due to the lack of customer service there was no way i would purchase another ite... read more
I wish I'd known about this place earlier. I bought my machine outright years ago, but I never received any training, so I had to figure it out on my own. The staff here were able to tell me more in one 30min session than I was able to pick up over years of CPAP usage. They are super friendly, understand their customers and extremely accommodating!
