I want to give a sincere thank you to Angus. I entered Resmed Mticham with little hope of finding a solution to my cpap usage problem. I am one of those people who struggles to find a suitable mask. Angus was very patient and understanding of my cpap issue. He calibrated my cpap pump and suggested I try a new cpap mask. Bought the package before, and the travel case came like this. Did notice this at store and asked the salesperson to change it, but she wasn't kind to do it and told me all this package came as a set. So she can't replace a proper one from other set. Therefore, I have to travel with this defect all the time and promote for them everywhere I go.
Good price and good service
I visited the store to purchase a spare part for my unit, but the staff made an aggressive attempt to upsell me solution I never asked for. It felt more like a sales pitch than genuine assistance. While I continue to trust the ResMed brand, I can’t say the same for the staff at this location.
Excellent service! Effie was very responsive. Really appreciated her help, highly recommend!
