Manager unwelcoming, usually staff are kind. Will not allow to trial different devices although its available on website. Its enough to go to a different business. Edit: following week upon new visit manager has informed me she arranged for a free trial of the different device. This was kind of her and I appreciate the gesture although I did not need this anymore. I am so happy I bought my ResMed AirSense 11 from Shirley in ResMed Mitcham. Suffering from severe obstructive sleep apnea is no fun! I visited Resmed Mitcham today and had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Musa.
