I purchased a CPAP device from ResMed under their 30-day money-back guarantee, believing it was a risk-free trial. However, what they don’t make clear upfront is that you have to pay for return shipping unless you can physically return it to a ResMed store. Connie was very helpful with my purchase of my latest Resmed Machine, an Air Mini which I love to travel with. Connie went above and beyond to tailor the purchase for my specific needs with the right accessories so I would be set and won’t have to invest in anything else. She explained everything and offered to help with the setup. Good old fashioned friendly service goes a long way. This is the 2nd Machine I have purchased from the Mitcham branch and will be back when the time comes for the 3rd - hopefully not too soon ;-)
