Good price and good service
I visited the store to purchase a spare part for my unit, but the staff made an aggressive attempt to upsell me solution I never asked for. It felt more like a sales pitch than genuine assistance. While I continue to trust the ResMed brand, I can’t say the same for the staff at this location.

Very Helpful Staff , I was guided thoroughly as a first time user of ResMed
ALWAYS so helpful, patient and professional. Forgot my CPAP machine for a specialist appointment. Within literally 5 mins they had emailed me a copy of my report to share with the specialist. WOW!!!
