I purchased some items on a subscription. They shipped these , and then 6 months later shipped another mask. This triggered the renewal of the subscription. I contacted Resmed and told them I no longer wanted to participate in the subscription and cancelled further shipments. They closed the subscription and I was told the last payment would be in June 2025. Today I get a notification from Australia post that resmed are preparing my delivery. Is there a negative star option?! I originally purchased online and it was great. I chatted to someone via the online chat and based on the information I was given, made changes to my account. I was then told, that they had made a mistake and if I wanted to continue I would have to pay more money. I've tried to contact them multiple times but have had no response.
