We have never been so WELL LOOK AFTER in a shop! APPLE has being EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, with full of KNOWLEDGE about all the products and services that the company provides! Excellent service from Apostolos who went above and beyond to help me. I wish I had gone to the store first instead of purchasing online as they didn’t send me the correct product I ordered. Apostolos was able to refund the online order and provide the right products. Good old fashioned face to face service is always best 😊 Highly recommend this store!
Josh & Apple were fabulous. They were so understanding and knowledgeable about CPAP. The follow-up call after my first night using it was super helpful and reassuring. A great experience overall.
Biggest scam ever! I came in with a sleeping issue hoping to talk to a sleep specialist but got scammed. I got to the clinic with the doctor’s referral to hear that I didn’t meet the criteria for medicare coverage because I don’t snore and I’m not overweight. I was made to pay $300 on the spot for the sleep test before I even got to talk a specialist.
