Biggest scam ever! I came in with a sleeping issue hoping to talk to a sleep specialist but got scammed. I got to the clinic with the doctor’s referral to hear that I didn’t meet the criteria for medicare coverage because I don’t snore and I’m not overweight. I was made to pay $300 on the spot for the sleep test before I even got to talk a specialist. I had to go to this store a couple of times after having issues with my machine whilst on a short break at the Goldie. I was shocked at how good the service was from Apostolos. I guess over time I have become comfortably numb at the average Aussie service levels one commonly encounters. Excellent product knowledge, explanation of possible solutions and zero pressure to buy, delivered in a friendly professional manner. 10/10 to that man, oh by the way he is Greek. You get a bonus point for that :0)

This is my 3rd Resmed Sleep App Machine in the last 15years from the Resmed Stores Direct, via their Gold Coast outlets . The Resmed Machines , their build quality , back up when needed and range of models and masks is 2nd to none✔️ And further to that they have price matched any online retailer or special l’ve found if they weren’t already the best all round package $ anyway. l also highly recommend the Resmed Manager at their Mermaid Beach Office “ Apostalos “ hard to pronounce, But what a great & knowledgeable guy he is... read more
