Rude customer service. Even before I walked in to my appointment, got a call from the lady who works there asking me to change the appointment time and was rude and made me want to cancel the appointment
Absolutely abysmal and non-existent customer service. Lady was so rude and passive aggressive from the moment I walked in. Made me, as a paying customer, feel like I had disturbed her day just by being there. Redmed management need to review their hiring policies if this is the type of people you put in front of customers. Absolutely shocking.
