Srishti’s service was excellent. Even though I arrived half an hour late today, she was still very patient and provided great service throughout the session.
Amazing staff and service. Got looked after by lady named Debbie, she was fantastic and really took time to explain me everything in detail. I went to purchase climate hose and maybe new mask but after talking to her and her detailed explanation. I walked out with buying a new machine! She helped me setup and made sure everything was right fit for me. Can’t thank her enough.
My partner picked-up his CPAP trial unit. Being new to CPAP therapy, we were ably supported by Nidhi who oriented us on the machine, mask, cleaning, routines, etc.
Nidhi was incredibly helpful and reassuring at Macquarie Resmed. Exceeded my expectations! Appreciate service they provide to trial mask for a week before making a purchase.
Srishti is a very nice and helpful staff. She gives us very clear instructions on using the device. She also gives us very useful advice on purchasing the device using the plan. We are very pleased to have her to help us today.
