Started renting one of their machines recently and found the mask fit suboptimal. Decided to drop by without an appointment to change to another mask. I was greeted by Tia (apologies if incorrect spelling) who was extremely helpful, giving great suggestions in terms of another mask to try, ensuring that it fit on my head and tips on making sure the seal is right once I got home. Very happy with the service here and just purchased a machine yesterday!
