Fantastic customer service. I sometimes take my elderly mother in for questions and assistance with her CPAP machine and they always go above and beyond to help her. Thank you.
May was amazing with explaining in my sleep study result and giving demo for the CPAC machine. I will highly recommend to visit Dandenong store for any sleep study.

I visited the Resmed Dandenong store recently and received excellent service from the staff member assisting me. However, I overheard another staff, who was finishing up for the day, make an extremely unprofessional and demeaning remark to a colleague who was still working: “later loser.” As a senior executive, I find this behaviour shocking and completely unacceptable.
