Every time I visit this store the service is beyond expectation. All staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I've been a customer for a number of years and have paid out my subscription. They all still offer high quality service and have always been super happy to help. I highly recommend this store. Its a pleasure to be a customer.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sean at ResMed Dandenong today, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. I arrived just 10 minutes before closing, and despite the time, Sean took the time to help me with my mask fitting and even assisted in configuring my CPAP machine. I rarely leave reviews, except when I really notice a true culture of customer service—and this place has it. Every time I come back, the service is genuinely helpful and consistent, regardless of who serves me. It’s rare these days, and worth calling out. Highly recommend.
I went in on Saturday morning. Wonderful customer service. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. I was nervous going in as a first timer, but as soon as the team approached me, I was at ease. Can't thank them enough for their help.
If you need help with sleep apea, I highly recommend Resmed Dandenong. I really appreciate the great experiences I've had with Resmed helping me with sleep apnea and getting set up with a CPAP machine. I'm a physio and know that CPAP can be challenging for people, however, Resmed took a lot of time helping me choose the best machine and mask to suit my needs and be as comfortable as possible.
