Bought two ResMed S11 AutoSet machines for my parents, and the whole experience. from the initial trial and purchase through to the aftersales service, has been extremely professional and friendly. I would like to thank the staff and give you both 20 out of 5 for the wonderful service. I cannot begin to share the process I went through before I found you. The specialist, sleep studies, legal BS to rent a machine. You made it so simple, price matched, credited back my rental... You make it so simple. Cannot recommend you enough.
Ridiculous call system, wait for 10 mins to ask just if a product in stock, then transferred to another hotline and wait for more 10 minutes. Finally got a message “leave your message and people will call you back”
