I visited the Resmed Dandenong store recently and received excellent service from the staff member assisting me. However, I overheard another staff, who was finishing up for the day, make an extremely unprofessional and demeaning remark to a colleague who was still working: “later loser.” As a senior executive, I find this behaviour shocking and completely unacceptable. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Resmed Dandenong! From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. A huge thank you to Amie and the entire team — they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that I felt supported throughout. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and professionalism really stood out. It’s rare to find a team that’s this dedicated and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend Resmed Dandenong and Amie more highly!
Very friendly, helpful staff who really know what they're doing. Location is handy, but no wheelchair access. Lots of different options on display. Would highly recommend
Every time I visit this store the service is beyond expectation. All staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I've been a customer for a number of years and have paid out my subscription. They all still offer high quality service and have always been super happy to help. I highly recommend this store. Its a pleasure to be a customer.
