I started a CPAP trial a few days ago and have had an awesome experience with Resmed and the Dandenong branch. I’ve had 2 trials before with different companies and this was my final try before giving up completely. Unlike the other trials I was given 3 masks to trial but the main difference was these are brand new full retail packs so it allowed me to get the correct fit and I’ve had amazing sleeps so far, I have settled on the nasal cushion mask N30 and highly recommend it.
I popped into the Resmed Dandenong store this afternoon, together with my wife, initially to simply purchase a replacement latch for the filter holder on a Airsense 10 device. We phoned the store in the morning to check stock availability as the store is not local for us. We were immediately greeted on the phone by the bright and bubbly Amie and were immediately won over by her cheery disposition.
