The loan device was of a poor quality - the wires (as a sparky) are only 0.7mm thick, not even 1.5mm std lighting wire. One of the sensors seperated leading to large patient distress, and been threatened with late fee's as it's their "only device". Now have to drive to return their "only device" on 6 hours sleep with a distressed patient. Wouldn't let them do a sleep study on my dog. Visited for the first time today. I cannot remember the young ladies name that I dealt with but she was extremely helpful and professional ! Definitely recommend !
