I went here for 3 months and wasted weekly hire fees for a dirty machine. They couldn’t get my events down and there was no service. Got feed up and went to MySleep at Mount Gravatt, who let me borrow a different mask and my events dropped the next day. Don’t go to Resmed at Cleveland, but save your money and go straight to MySleep.
Poor customer service. Lost a $1300 plus sale.
Natasha and Gayle are excellent. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, professional. They take their time with each person to ensure the advice and instruction is fully understood. You are not rushed in / out. You may have to wait a few minutes, but appointments are easily made. They made the whole process very easy, especially when I needed help in the early days getting to grips with masks! Highly recommend and great to have in Cleveland. Thank you
