Friendly and very helpful staff who go the extra mile to make sure you understand everything. It’s great that they let you trial the machines before buying and try lots of different masks to find one that works best for you

Very good outcome for me. Tried several masks until one suited - still took nearly a full month to get it right but now very happy with machine and mask. Special thanks to Consultant Himali - knowledgeable and helpful. Her obvious experience with ResMed apparatus meant she could resolve issues and allay concerns.
