Do not get a Resmed machine I was told I needed it had it for a couple years didn’t help then went and saw a specialist to find out I have a tonsil and nose problem which the machine won’t work on me please see a specialist before you go to resmed they will tell everyone the have sleeping issues to sell there machine, also they stopped taking payments out for the machine and decided one day to take out $400 with no notification I didnt even know the payments had stopped no call no email nothing and when I called I got a to b... read more
If I could give less than 1 star I would, this isn’t for the Brighton store itself but the company in general. There nothing but a scam. They stopped taking payments out of the account, and even when I tried to change the payment details and get this sorted, they still didn’t take the payments, then one day took a lump sum out of our account. There are great commission incentives for the sales people to get you on a plan. You get a 2 week trail to test it then you have to sign up for a 3 year plan and if it doesn't work out for you to bad. Your stuck, I could never it to work for me, it'snot for everyone even though they say it is. I Tried to cancle due to financial hardship and the person said I still had to pay out the plan. I had to ring up multiple times because they never called back even though they always say "we will call you back in 5 to 10 minutes while... read more
Cath’s service is second to none, she takes the time to give you all the info required, and really knows her stuff. Some of the younger staff are less helpful and want a speedy interaction, but need to remember this is health care rather than retail, and the extra time makes all the difference.
Worst customer service ever. Went to hire machine was told via telephone that no appointment was necessary. Grey haired older woman was clearly not happy with this. You think Freddie kluger is frightening!!! Shop around customer service couldn't.be any worse.
