Poor and careless service. The staff were not interested in properly assessing my device or my sleep data. I was only given advice to do the maintenance myself, which defeats the purpose of attending a professional clinic. They failed to fix the data connection required to analyse and monitor my sleep, and they did not even check the data on the machine. This level of service is unacceptable for a company that claims to specialise in sleep health.
the staff at the head office change every few months and most of them dont use cpap and have no idea what they're talking about. I've been a resmed customer for over 10 years and I have seen the level of service drop to 0. this is what happens when a large company has minimal competition and doesn't care about their captive customer base.
Urai from ResMed is a life saver. She patiently took the time to set up my CPAP machine and answer all my queries. The ongoing support whilst on the CPAP machine and follow up phone call service is amazing. Definitely recommend for anyone that has sleep apnea
Avnisha was a great help and explained the solution for me. Tia was also kind enough to stay back and explain the process whilst I was waiting for an expert. Thank you
