I also have had really bad customer service from ReSlat, and I used them some years ago and they were good. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone with questions, and when I tried on-line, they did not answer my question about sizing. Wow, didn't realize they had gone downhill so badly till I saw the other reviews here.
Absolutely worst
If you want to get stuck with crappy products, order from this company. Blinds are custom made, so there are no returns or ramifications for lack of satisfaction. My blinds did not lay evenly, leaving odd and uneven gaps, and they made a clacking sound. Too bad, out $80. Read their customer service policy or, better yet, find a better company.
The samples look beautiful and I was excited to finally order over 200 slats. They refused to speak with me over the phone so I’m going elsewhere. I don’t trust any company that won’t speak to me and answer my questions.
No one answers the phone after calling everyday for the last week. I can only imagine the service department. Find someone else. They used to be excellent 10 years ago and we bought 106 verticles
