Absolutely worst
If you want to get stuck with crappy products, order from this company. Blinds are custom made, so there are no returns or ramifications for lack of satisfaction. My blinds did not lay evenly, leaving odd and uneven gaps, and they made a clacking sound. Too bad, out $80. Read their customer service policy or, better yet, find a better company.
The samples look beautiful and I was excited to finally order over 200 slats. They refused to speak with me over the phone so I’m going elsewhere. I don’t trust any company that won’t speak to me and answer my questions.
No one answers the phone after calling everyday for the last week. I can only imagine the service department. Find someone else. They used to be excellent 10 years ago and we bought 106 verticles
This place is an absolute unorganized mess! I ordered a head rail at the end of April and also paid extra to have the matching valence clips shipped with it as well. The head rail arrived on time and as advertised but no valence clips. I reached out via email and explained that the valence clips were missing from the order. I was told they would ship out a hardware kit, which I have to assume includes the valence clips.
