I ordered samples of fabric slats and they were quick to arrive. However, I had followup questions before ordering and wanted to speak to a live person. Their online chat is worthless. Calling their 866 is a complete dead end, and no one calls back when you leave your #. Horrible customer service. I should have read other google reviews first and not wasted my time in the first place. This company is a joke.
I also have had really bad customer service from ReSlat, and I used them some years ago and they were good. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone with questions, and when I tried on-line, they did not answer my question about sizing. Wow, didn't realize they had gone downhill so badly till I saw the other reviews here.
Absolutely worst
If you want to get stuck with crappy products, order from this company. Blinds are custom made, so there are no returns or ramifications for lack of satisfaction. My blinds did not lay evenly, leaving odd and uneven gaps, and they made a clacking sound. Too bad, out $80. Read their customer service policy or, better yet, find a better company.
The samples look beautiful and I was excited to finally order over 200 slats. They refused to speak with me over the phone so I’m going elsewhere. I don’t trust any company that won’t speak to me and answer my questions.
