I recommend believing the reviews before visiting. The check-in office is located all the way in the far corner, which can be a bit tricky to find. Parking is quite tight. if you're an afternoon pickup, be prepared for a wait. I checked in at 12 pm and was out by 5 pm. Come with enought hours. One major downside is the human interaction — it’s pretty terrible. Everyone seemed to be in a bad mood and there’s a noticeable lack of friendliness or professionalism among staff.
