I am an MD with high high HIGH expectations for PT experience and Resilient Rx is basically the super personalized, high end PT I've needed. Many PT outfits do an intake with the Physical Therapist and then all PT is done with a tech (which is actually fine, techs are often very good) and you get "discharged" when you meet some nebulous criteria.
