It’s been a while since my last massage. Ely was great and did an excellent job working on the knots in my body. She was professional and diligent. She checked in with me regarding the pressure of the massage, and helped to reduce the tension in my body. The facility was clean, tranquil, and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Kristen is a true talent, a healer. I suffer with chronic migraines, and she is the only massage therapist I’ve had who has taken away a migraine! The relief she provides lasts weeks for me. I’m so grateful to have found her. Also the Resilient facility is lovely and just adds to the healing experience. It is clean, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and feels safe. Thank you for providing such beneficial services and such a healing space for this area!
